REFUND POLICY FOR NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES
Thank you for choosing New Status New Life Nation. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing or booking our services. By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Non-Refundable Services — Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final. Once payment is made, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or credits for any reason, including but not limited to: Change of mind. Personal circumstances. Failure to utilize the service within the agreed timeframe.
2. Rescheduling — While refunds are not available, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Depending on the service, rescheduling may be permitted at our sole discretion. Please contact us at [email protected] at least 24 Hours before the scheduled service to discuss options.
3. Exceptions — In rare cases where an exception is granted (e.g., failure to deliver service as promised due to an issue on our end), refunds may be considered. Any such requests must be made in writing within 24 Hours of the original service date.
